VIE vibration monitoring utilizes artificial intelligence to understand the characteristics of equipment it is mounted to. The intelligence constantly monitors the equipment and detects abnormalities, reporting them to the cloud. The sensors also report temperature.
The artificial intelligence is able to detect and ignore all external vibrations; including vibrations caused by VFD’s, unloaders, slide valves, inlet vanes, and any other “noise”.
The VIE vibration monitoring solution utilizes just one sensor design (a 3-axis vibration and temperature sensor).
The artificial intelligence within the software has the ability to determine what type of equipment each sensor is mounted to without any input from the user.
This makes for a cost-effective and easy-to-install system.

Handheld devices only gather data at one instance in time, often giving unreliable results due to the conditions of the system on that particular day. The VIE sensors collect data at all hours of the day and night; the software then intelligently accounts for variations due to external factors and can discern any inaccurate diagnoses.
Cloud-Connected Cellular Gateway.
The sensors connect to the gateway using advanced Bluetooth technology (1/2 mile range). The gateway connects to the VIE cloud using a cellular connection. This eliminates any network security concerns; it also makes for a very simple installation.

The myVIE dashboard is accessible via the app or web browser. It shows the status of every sensor and piece of equipment. From it, you can generate reports or export raw vibration data.
